ABOUT THE CHRONICLES...
Thoughts of a 50+ woman
I am a 54-year young woman- intelligent, strong, funny, beautifully made inside and out- a proud, card-carrying member of the Over 50 Club. But all too often, because of my mid-centurion status, I am bombarded with traditions that place women in the category of “you’re too old for this” or images that try to convince me that I should be 30…again. Nonsense!
I believe womanhood should be celebrated at every age and every stage!
Chronicles of a Mid-Century Woman helps me to do just that. Memorializing my journey through this new chapter of life serves as a reminder… a reminder that at 50+, I still dream dreams, have amazing visions, and glorious hopes for the future, which do not diminish with the passing of each birthday.
